An over 250-year-old homestead brings together a restaurant, a hotel, conference rooms and Jezeršek Academy, within which the Jezeršeks organised cooking classes and workshops, under a single roof.
In the restaurant, you will feel tradition at every step. It is simple with a massive wooden table, old furniture and a wood-fired oven. You will enjoy a pleasant meal in the summer garden sheltered by mighty walnut trees.
Tradition is also highlighted in the Jezeršek’s culinary philosophy, which is based on authentic Slovenian cuisine adjusted to the present. The menu includes typical dishes from 24 gastronomic regions of Slovenia in which seasonal and local ingredients play the main role. You can also buy Jezeršek’s homemade products, such as juices, brandy and jams.
