Their inspiration is the recipes of our grandmothers, which they give a modern twist. They attempt to include flavours from 24 gastronomic regions of Slovenia with 178 characteristic dishes in their range of flavours.

Indulge in culinary explosions and try beef tongue with green beans and smoked cottage cheese or soft veal liver with Raka red onions and fennel and mashed potatoes.
